We do not store connection logs such as IP addresses, connection timestamps, or session durations. Our systems are designed to minimize the collection of sensitive data. By using our app, you consent to the limited collection of app analytics data as outlined below.

Data Collection and Use (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA Compliance)

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA standards. Mercury VPN does not collect any personally identifiable information or behavioral data from users. We maintain a strict zero-log policy. However, we integrate third-party SDKs including Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics for app performance monitoring, crash reporting, and service improvement purposes. These services may collect anonymized usage data, such as crash events, device type, and basic interaction metrics.

Important: This data is only used internally for improving app functionality and user experience. We do not use this data to track users across apps or websites, and we do not share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Mercury VPN may request user consent for app tracking as required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. However, Mercury VPN does not track users across third-party apps or websites. Any request for tracking authorization is solely due to the technical integration of third-party analytics tools.
